Not sure where to start on your running journey? Look no further, our 30-min consultation session allows our coach to understand your motivation and running goals. From there you'll be more informed, and you'll be able to determine which training plan is better for you.

Run training plans

Beginner to Intermediate training plans.

Before selecting a training plan ensure that you've booked a running consultation to ensure that our coach has the information he needs before developing your custom training plan. Each training plan includes two coaching check-ins and also comes with discounts to workout in our gym.

Personal coaching

For clients that purchased a training plan, I provide weekly email check-in and daily feedback via my coaching platform.
- One 15-minute call every four weeks.- Revisions of custom training plan (as needed)- Online coaching clients also receive 50% off a 7-session gym pass
